At Lumi Swimwear, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may use our return and refund policy as described below.
1. Legal Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.
After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email within the withdrawal period.
2. International Shipping and Import Costs
Lumi Swimwear sells products to customers in multiple countries. Our orders are shipped from an international warehouse outside the European Union.
As a result, in certain countries, import duties, VAT, or other customs fees may be charged by local authorities. These potential costs are outside the control of Lumi Swimwear and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We advise customers to check the applicable import regulations in the destination country before placing an order.
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions apply:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and complete.
The product should, where reasonably possible, be returned in its original packaging.
Products with signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be refused or partially refunded.
Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility
The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend sending the return shipment using a shipping method with track & trace.
Lumi Swimwear is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged during transit.
5. Return Procedure
Returns can only be requested by email.
Steps:
Send an email to info@lumiswimwear.com with your order number and return request.
You will receive further return instructions from us.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will inform you about the handling of your return.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
If the full order is withdrawn within the legal withdrawal period, the standard shipping costs of the original order will also be refunded.
7. Exclusions
Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered by the return policy.
Products that do not meet the return conditions may be refused.
